The Copeland Distillery are proud to release 200 individually numbered and signed ‘Firkin’ sets, containing 3 x 100ml bottles of Copeland Single Malt Irish Whiskey, a Glencairn nosing glass, a 100ml new-make spirit and an exclusive tasting evening at our cask warehouse where our whiskey casks lie in wait.

"The long and often colourful history of Irish whiskey can be traced back to the 1200s, but at the Copeland Distillery we don’t only aim to honour the heritage and craft which is now considered quintessentially Irish Whiskey, we also want to demonstrate the progression and innovation which we utilise in our own coastal spirit. Using our current five mash bills and a myriad of cask variations, our goal is to deliver whiskeys for both the traditional connoisseur and the thrill-seeking contemporary Irish whiskey drinker.
When we started producing the first of our new-make in 2019 there were a range of firkin casks filled. Now with these extremely limited and very special casks reaching various stages of maturity, we are thrilled to give you an exciting taste of these unique, one-off, cask strength renditions.
