How It’s Done
A unique blend of five year old Single grain whiskey – 5 year old grain whiskey matured in American Bourbon casks, 5 year old grain finished in Pedro Ximénez butts for over two years and 5 year old grain finished in Moscatel Barrique casks for over 12 months.
The combination of these casks delivers a truly unique whiskey with flavour profiles that will be hard to find anywhere else. Grain whiskey is lighter in colour than malts but we have maintained the natural colour from the cask aging. Non-chill filtered.
How It Smells
Bright with strong notes of sweet fleshy fruits, caramelised apple, demerara sugar with a hint of elderflower and Jaffa cakes.
How It Tastes
Sweet and spicy with mandarin and orchard fruits, dates in Dulce de Leche, honey drizzled ripe black cherries with a hint of warm oak, sweet custard and granola.
The Finish
Dry sherry, browned caster sugar and mild spice.

5. If Copeland don’t have the right size in stock for an exchange, a full refund will be issued.
6. All bottle returns will only be processed if the seal is unopen.
7. All merchandise returns will only be processed if in a clean, unworn manner.
