Full Description
TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Bright and fruity – red apple, apricot jam, and cloved orange spice, with a hint of dry hay and vanilla.
PALATE
A mouth-coating oiliness, rich in tannins and warming potstill spice. Settles into hot honey, cinnamon crème brûlée, butterscotch, nutmeg, and a crack of black pepper.
FINISH
Vibrant and long, with a lingering spiced heat, resinous oak, and a hint of gingerbread.
