Copeland Distillery Double Distilled, Peated Single Malt Irish whiskey, matured in a combination of first fill American Bourbon, to Pedro Ximenez & Charred Oak.
As always, this release aged for a minimum of 5 years, with this release bottled exclusively at 46%
Crafted from a mash bill of 100% Peated malted barley & distilled twice in our copper pot stills, matured on the Ards Peninsula and bottled by the Distillery.

Introducing our first ever peated single malt release of 2026, 26.2.
Copeland Distillery Double Distilled Peated Single Malt Irish Whiskey, matured in a combination of first fill American Bourbon, to Pedro Ximenez & Charred Oak.
As always with our limited releases, this whiskey has been aged for a minimum of 5 years, bottled exclusively at 46%.
HOW IT SMELLS
Charred Oak & Campfire Smoke. Sweet with dried herbs, banana, fresh orchard fruits & a tiny nod of cola bottle.
HOW IT TASTES
High Notes
A balance of sweet & tannic character, loaded with peated malt.
Low Notes
Under the sweet peat is a resinous toasted oak, caramel, roasted malt & apple pie.
THE FINISH
Crafted from a mash bill of 100% peated malted barley & distilled twice in our copper pot stills, matured on the Ards Peninsula and bottled by the Distillery.

Returned bottles must be unopened and merchandise must be clean and unworn; once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
