Copeland Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur STR Cask Finish (Limited Release)

A bold twist on our award-winning original. Crafted in house at Copeland Distillery, this limited edition Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur has been elevated through careful cask finishing for 2 months and 2 weeks in a rejuvenated STR (Shaved, Toasted, Re-Charred) American oak cask.

We’ve taken the same four ingredient recipe that made the much-loved original Coffee Liqueur, featuring locally roasted coffee from Wild Heart Coffee Roasters and a minimum of 50% cold brew concentrate and matured it to perfection in an oak cask. The result is a high-proof expression bottled at 30% ABV that’s deeper, richer, and more indulgent than ever.

Expect the familiar notes of melting dark chocolate and velvety vanilla sweetness with added layers with caramel, toffee, and fresh oak from the cask’s Level 2 char. The finish is long, warming, and luxuriously smooth.

3. Delivery Times

3.1. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
3.2. Estimated* delivery times are:

  • UK Mainland: 5-10working days
  • Ireland: 5-10 working days
  • International: 10-20 working days, subject to customs clearance.

3.3. During peak periods (e.g., Bank holidays, Black Friday, Christmas), dispatch and delivery times may vary.

3.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as extreme weather, strikes, or customs delays.

4. Order Tracking

4.1. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
5.2. If you experience issues with tracking or your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at websales@copelanddistillery.com 

5. Delivery Address

5.1. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
5.2. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
5.3. Changes to delivery addresses after the order has been dispatched may incur additional fees and cause delays.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

6.1. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damage or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
6.2. To report an issue, contact us at websales@copelanddistillery.com , including your order number and photos of any damage.
6.3. We will arrange a replacement or refund for damaged or missing items as appropriate.

7. Cancellations and Returns

7.1. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at websales@copelanddistillery.com
7.2. Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to our returns policy. Please below for more detail. 

Deliveries can take up to 5-10 working days due to postal logistics so please bear with us. We know you’re looking forward to enjoying your purchases!

IN THE EVENT THAT YOU HAVE TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S), PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURNS POLICY BELOW. THIS APPLIES TO ALL ONLINE, PHONE OR EMAIL ORDERS:

1. You can request a refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us. Shipping is the customers responsibility; the return address is the on the invoice.
3. We will then refund you, the customer, within 14 days of receiving the goods back
4. This is the same process for exchanges.
5. If Copeland don’t have the right size in stock for an exchange, a full refund will be issued.
6. All bottle returns will only be processed if the seal is unopen.
7. All merchandise returns will only be processed if in a clean, unworn manner.
