Introducing our landmark release 25.4, Copeland Distillery’s first batch release of Double Distilled Pot Still Irish Whiskey.
Distilled twice in our copper pot stills, this whiskey has been matured for 5 years. 25.4 is crafted from a mash bill of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley, the result gives a silky yet spicy backbone with depth, sweetness, and structure.
Matured in a first-fill American Bourbon cask for 4 years and 8 months, creating layers of vanilla, toasted oak, and soft caramel before being elevated by finishing for 4 months in an ex-California Pinot Noir cask. This unique combination delivers a mouth coating mix of dried berries, liquorice and spices to the final spirit.
Non-chill filtered, natural colouring.

Introducing our landmark release 25.4, Copeland Distillery’s first batch release of Double Distilled Pot Still Irish Whiskey.
Distilled twice in our copper pot stills, this whiskey has been matured for 5 years. 25.4 is crafted from a mash bill of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley, the result gives a silky yet spicy backbone with depth, sweetness, and structure.
25.4 began its maturation journey in a first-fill American Bourbon cask for 4 years 8 months, giving it layers of warm vanilla, toasted oak, caramelised sugars, and gentle spice and a classic bourbon-cask influence – soft sweetness, buttery richness, and an inviting golden hue. To elevate the whiskey further, it was finished for four months in an ex-California Pinot Noir cask which delivers a mouth coating mix of dried berries, liquorice and spices to the final spirit.
HOW IT SMELLS
Bright and fresh. Fresh Pear, liquorice, dry hay, barley flour, oak shaving, fruit cake and cream soda. Hint of fresh pastry, parma violet and ginger snaps.
HOW IT TASTES
Lovely mouth coating, resin like oiliness which is silky and rich. Lovely pot still dry spice, vanilla, brown sugar, a touch of toasted pecan and light notes of fresh barley, warm dried strawberries. A hint of dry herb, red cherries and raspberry
THE FINISH
Lingering inviting warmth. Peppery and dry with a note of coca nibs.
Non-chill filtered, natural colouring.
