Method

• Fill a tall Collins glass with ice
• Add 60ml Copeland Irish Gin, 25ml fresh lemon juice and 15ml sugar syrup to the glass.
• Stir to combine the ingredients. 
• Top your glass with 50ml soda water.
• Gently stir and garnish with a lemon wheel.
