Meet your new favourite summer serve, our Copeland Rhuberry Spritz. This gin spritz is refreshing and vibrant, showcasing the flavours of our Rhuberry Gin, which blends both rhubarb and blackberry. 

Our Rhuberry Gin is crafted using locally sourced, quality rhubarb and blackberries. Bottled at 37.5% ABV, this gin is versatile and delivers a bold fruit flavour while remaining smooth and easy to enjoy. The two flavours of the gin work beautifully together, creating a gin that’s full of character without being overly sweet.

Poured over plenty of ice and topped with prosecco and soda water, the Rhuberry Gin Spritz is light, bubbly and full of fresh berry flavour. Garnish with a few blackberries and a sprig of mint for an extra refreshing touch.

Rhuberry Gin Spritz Method

• Fill a large wine glass with ice.
• Add 50ml Copeland Rhuberry Gin.
• Pour in 75ml Prosecco.
• Add a dash of sugar syrup.
• Top with 25ml soda water.
• Stir to combine.
• Garnish with fresh blackberries and a sprig of mint.
