At Copeland Distillery, we love seeing our spirits inspire moments of flavour, celebration and connection- especially during the festive season. That’s why we’re delighted that the talented team at the Coq & Bull brasserie at Clandeboye Lodge have crafted a brand-new Christmas cocktail special using our Irish Gin. 

Introducing the Copeland Cranberry Spice: a vibrant, seasonal serve bringing together the crisp botanicals of our gin, the warmth of cinnamon and the tangy richness of cranberry.

This festive twist on a classic gin sour blends our Copeland Irish Gin, cranberry juice, cinnamon sugar syrup, fresh lemon juice and egg white. Served over ice with a garnish of fir sprig, sweetened cranberry skewer and a dusting of icing sugar. This drink is Christmas in a glass- aromatic, crisp and perfectly balanced.

You can enjoy the Copeland Cranberry Spice throughout the season at the Coq & Bull brasserie (26th November – 31st December 2025), where the team are serving up an irresistible line-up of cocktails.
