We are delighted to announce our 2021 awards!
Firstly, we have been awarded the Master prize (best of the best) for our Jones 1778 Navy Strength Gin and the Gold Prize for our Irish Gin at this years Gin Masters awards. The Gin Masters are the world's most highly regarded series of spirits blind tasting competitions.
Additionally, we are super excited to receive three silver positions at the IWSC awards for Navy Strength Gin, Irish Gin and Merchants Quay Blended Whiskey as well as bronze for our Smugglers Reserve Rum. As the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) sets an international benchmark for quality, we are delighted for our product range to be recognised.
As well as receiving recognition for our products, the Copeland Distillery itself has received an award. The Northern Ireland Prestige Awards have announced us as 'Distillery Of The Year' within County Down. With the amount of local distilleries in Northern Ireland growing, we are honoured to have received this award which recognises innovation and potential for growth.
Finally, we have been awarded with 'Label of The Year' on our Smugglers Reserve Rum bottle. We are extremely proud of this label as it showcases the history of our product and harks back to the history of Donaghadee. This award was given at the UK Pack Awards 2021.
Definitely a reason to raise a glass in celebration!
