Distilled and cask-aged for 5 years by The Copeland Distillery in Donaghadee, this unique Pot Still Irish whiskey is a great way to recognise 100 years of Ulster Rugby playing at Ravenhill and a fabulous opportunity for fans and sponsors to celebrate their association with the club.
Distilled from a Pot Still mash bill and aged for 5 years in an American Bourbon first-fill barrel to create a premium, rich and smooth Irish whiskey.
Presented in a high-quality wooden presentation box, and with only 280 bottles available, this unique whiskey is a ‘must-have’ for Ulster Rugby fans and local rugby clubs alike.
How It Smells
Fresh and mellow with notes of fresh cut hay, dry cereal, hints of not yet ripe banana and candy apple.
How It Tastes
Sweet and slightly ‘buttery’ mouth feel with rich brown sugar with honey and spice. Fresh green apple and plenty of the oak influence shining through and a tiny hint of Sourdough bread.
The Finish
Medium/long and sweet with notes of crushed black pepper and apple tart.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and return it within a further 14 days. Returned bottles must be unopened and merchandise must be clean and unworn; once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
