Welcoming The Garrick Irish Whiskey Blend – the newest edition to our whiskey portfolio.

How It’s Done

To Start, Copeland 5 Year Single Grain, composed of grain whiskey matured in American Bourbon (AB1) casks, a portion finished in Muscatel Barrique casks for over 12 months and portion finished in Pedro Ximénez butts for over two years.

For The Garrick, we ventured into our warehouse and selected some beautiful whiskeys for this special blend. We utilized our very own three and a half year old Double Distilled Chocolate Malt from an AB1 to add a depth of flavour and uniqueness you won’t find anywhere else, along with our own five year old Double Distilled Single Malt in an oloroso butt to add a sweetness that rounds this whiskey out in a sublime way. The Result? An incredible Irish Whiskey exclusively for the Garrick to elevate the Irish Coffee, and, if you ask us, a damn fine dram to be sipped on its own.

40% ABV, Non-chill filtered, natural colouring.

How It Smells

Sweet, caramelised apple, mixed dried fruits with a touch a leather, and Jaffa cakes.

How It Tastes

Complex, hint of apricot, baked pear, crème brule and warm oak. When introduced to the perfect Irish coffee this adds complexity and depth, complimenting the drink with dark Cocoa flavours and a nutty sweetness

The Finish

Off-dry and warming with a long, lucious malted dark chocolate to round it all off
