Delivery

Orders are dispatched every Thursday, with delivery typically taking 5–10 working days within the UK and Ireland, and 10–20 working days internationally.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details by email. If your order is damaged, missing, or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us by emailing websales@copelanddistillery.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Returns

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and return it within a further 14 days. Returned bottles must be unopened and merchandise must be clean and unworn; once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days. If an exchange item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead. Thank you for your understanding and support!
