Introducing our penultimate release of 2026, 26.4 Single Malt Irish Whiskey.
26.4 is a Double Distilled Chocolate Malt mash bill (10% chocolate malt, 90% malted barley) matured in first fill American Bourbon and finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks.
This is a 5 year old whiskey with all our fantastic house character signified through the bright, flavoursome chocolate malt mash bill and rounded out with some brilliant heavy, sticky dark fruit and wood.

Full Description
Tasting Notes
Nose
Ripe dark fruit, toasted almond, dark chocolate dipped strawberry, foam banana sweets, fresh barley, and slightly floral.
Palate
Mellow but bright and flavoursome. Orchard fruits, chocolate pudding and crème brûlée, light hints of honey and pain d’épices.
Finish
Slightly tannic, long and sweet with honey, vanilla and oak.
