Introducing our penultimate release of 2026, 26.4 Single Malt Irish Whiskey.
26.4 is a Double Distilled Chocolate Malt mash bill (10% chocolate malt, 90% malted barley) matured in first fill American Bourbon and finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks.
This is a 5 year old whiskey will all our fantastic house character signified through the bright, flavoursome chocolate malt mash bill and rounded out with warm sherried spice & sweet oak.

Full Description
Tasting Notes
Nose
Dark plum, milk chocolate, turkish delight, crème brûlée, roasted almonds, brown sugar, toasted oak, fruit cake and a hint of worn saddle leather.
Palate
Buttery, full bodied and jammy. Chocolate fudge, rich in baking spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. Orange chocolate truffle, praline candied pecans.
Finish
A long, warm sherried spice lingers with sweet oak and a hint of chocolate raisins and dried cherry.
