25.3 is a Single Malt mash bill, produced entirely from malted barley and double distilled before being aged for a minimum of 5 years.
Ranging from 5 years and 2 months, to 5 years and 7 months in age, this release is a carefully crafted blend of eight select casks bought back from the original 125 owners, chosen for their individual character and balance. The finishing cask was an ex-California Pinot Noir 225L which we had previously used for finishing our Smugglers Reserve Rum adding a rich layer of rum and Pinot Noir character and enhancing the sweetness, spice and fruit tones in the final whiskey.
The result is a beautifully rounded, layered spirit, balancing the best of Bourbon, Oloroso, Pinot Noir and Rum influences in a uniquely vibrant single malt.

Introducing 25.3 Single Malt Irish Whiskey.
25.3 is a Single Malt mash bill, made entirely from malted barley and double distilled, and has been matured for a minimum of 5 years.
Ranging from 5 years and 2 months, to 5 years and 7 months in age, this release blends eight selected casks from the original 125 cask owners, chosen for balance and depth. The mix includes first-fill American Bourbon barrels and a single Oloroso sherry quarter cask, creating a rich, layered whiskey.
To build extra complexity, we finished portions from two casks, one Bourbon and one Oloroso, in an ex-California Pinot Noir 225L cask, previously used to finish our Smugglers Reserve Rum. The whiskey spent three months in this cask, gaining a subtle rum and Pinot Noir influence that adds sweetness, spice, and fruit notes.
The result is a beautifully balanced Single Malt with warmth, depth, and a touch of coastal vibrancy.
How It Smells
Sweet, sharp and bright. Fresh mango and citrus. Dry oak shavings with hints of buttered biscuit, sugared pear and sherry dipped rhubarb.
How It Tastes
Light, but warm and complex. Rum-soaked fruitcake with a side of orange marmalade. Slightly floral, with notes of banana, dates and honeycomb, evolving into little hint of gooey brownie.
The Finish
Medium dry with a moreish lingering heat, woody oak and spice.
