The Copeland Distillery, The 125
In the Summer of 2019 The Copeland Distillery will open its doors for the first time, signalling the start of our 125-year lease and the beginning of our new journey. To honour this, The Copeland Distillery will be offering 125 casks to reserve for private investors, all of whom will become part of 'The 125' Single Cask Edition members' club.
The whiskey will be produced by our Head Distiller, William Stafford, in our handmade copper pot still and cask-filled in our new home overlooking the Copeland Islands. After maturing for five years, the whiskey can be either bottled and labelled on site, left to mature for longer or sold back to the Copeland Distillery.
