The ceramic bottles have been created by Whitehead based potter, Natasha Swan.

How It's Made
This is a one-off distillation, using local samphire from Strangford Lough and dulse from Ballyvester, cut by nose by our distillers and bottled at 50% ABV. The result is an exceptionally smooth and luxurious juniper-forward gin with notes of samphire and dulse adding to the complexity and delivering an added dry, maritime finish.
The limited-edition handcrafted, ceramic bottles have been created by Natasha Swan, Owner of Natasha Swan Ceramics in Whitehead, Northern Ireland. Similar to the Copeland story, Natasha started in the University of Ulster, the moved to The Design and Craft Council of Ireland to hone her craft.
